Changed your mind? That's fine.

30-day return window from the delivery date. Items should be in original condition and packaging. Here's exactly how it works.

  1. Email us your order number

    Send a note to support@nestwell.example and tell us what you'd like to return.

  2. We send a prepaid label

    Within 1 business day. Drop the parcel at any carrier point.

  3. Refund to your original payment

    Issued within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or defective? We replace or refund at no cost to you — return shipping included. See our product standards.
How long do refunds take to appear?

We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.

Do I pay return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns we provide a prepaid label at no charge. Defective items are always free to return.

What can't be returned?

Used consumable accessories (e.g. replacement filters) for hygiene reasons. Everything else within the 30-day window is eligible.
