Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Contact support@kavryo.com within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you need help returning an unused item.

To be eligible for a preference return, an item must be unused, in the condition received, and include all pieces and original order information. Items damaged through use, missing pieces, or sent back without authorization generally are not eligible unless applicable law requires otherwise. Product-performance concerns should include the vehicle-test steps tried and photos or video when helpful.

How refunds are handled

Do not send an item back before support provides authorization and return instructions. For an approved preference return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Kavryo will provide a no-cost resolution as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another resolution is approved. Kavryo aims to issue an approved refund within 10 business days; banks and payment providers may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable for preference returns unless required by law.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@kavryo.com with your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
