Kavryo ships to United States addresses only during launch. Current launch inventory ships from partner warehouses, and available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
Final checkout estimates control because order processing, product availability, fulfillment volume, holidays, customs, and carrier conditions can change timelines.
If Kavryo cannot ship within the stated time, or within a reasonable time if no time is stated, we will provide an update and, where required, an option to cancel for a refund.
Returns
Contact support@kavryo.com within 30 days of delivery for help with damaged, defective, wrong, or unused eligible items. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Approved returns must be unused and include the original order information. Do not send items back before support provides return instructions.
Product-use note
Supplier listings describe signal-blocking materials, but Kavryo has not independently verified performance. Results can vary by fob, vehicle, closure, wear, keychain contents, and surroundings. Fully close and test every item with your own vehicle. If the vehicle responds, do not rely on that setup.
